Tool Tuesday: Inside the Cupboard

In the past, I’ve blogged about kitchen organization and managing all the plastic ware we hold onto. I’ve even talked about going paperless with my recipes. Because we use our kitchens daily and probably more than other rooms in the house, I am always looking for ideas and tools that will help.

Today’s post is about more than one tool but they all have uses in the kitchen cabinets. What I love about these products is that they increase the usable space inside your cabinets; no matter the size.

These two types of shelves help you to use more of the vertical space in your cabinets. The first one is actually expandable so you can adjust it to fit the length of any cabinet. As shown, these are great for stacking dishes, mugs, and well, anything in your cabinets!

This item reminds me of a file holder for an office but this can be used in your kitchen.  The photo on the right is one of my kitchen cabinets.  The wire divider is holding a griddle, cutting board, 2 muffin pans, a cookie sheet, baking stone and cooling racks. Even I was surprised at how much it held!  It fits neatly on one side of the cabinet and I don’t have to lift anything first in order to get a pan or cookie sheet.

Would any of these items help you create more space in your kitchen cabinets?  Do you already use something like this?  You can go to my Clever Container website to see these products and more. What one thing would help you have a more organized kitchen?
